    I use the cleanse and mend if that helps. It really helped too, since my other shampoo was leaving my roots looking oily.

    Flavored Rice as in Rice a Roni or Lipton Mixes are not gluten free. I am not sure that is what you are talking about though. I use Wegmans Pasta Sauce which is very good. It is marked gluten free and there are several different flavors.

    Thanks everyone. I feel so much better knowing it is not just me. I am thinking of trying a relaxing bath/reading while in there tonight before bed. I will report back. I would also like to get my hands on some lavender oil, which they say relaxes you too.

    I have to say I am not sure on the gluten free status but I was researching it last night and I am not sure I could take it. It says it makes you very sick if you take in more fat than it allows.
