    I am not sure about the restaurants but there is a Wegmans out in State College and if you have never been to one or don't have one near it is a neat store with lots of gluten free items.

    I had mentioned this John awhile ago when I saw it in Washington, and I told him I wanted to go to the Philly one. We will be in Washington DC this weekend cause I have an oncology conference but I should be able to convince him to travel again. I think we get to eat all the food there. I better get some food out of the deal, for 50 bucks.

    I actually do this as well, and I do not use Nesquik but I am not a milk drinker so that is my reason. I use many items that have the CC warning and have not had an issue.

    My red robin has been great when I go there. I feel very comfortable ordering. I usually go when the place is not as busy and I speak to a manager. They are always very understanding and willing to help me. I have not gotten glutened yet there. It is one of the few places I feel safe at.

    I usually do not contact companies either, I either buy most of my foods at Wegmans where it is labeled gluten free or I buy stuff at the gluten free source where everything is gluten free. The few things in between that I do use I have learned their gluten free status through this board.

    I was there on Saturday, it was about 3 or so. You should have said Hi, I am friendly. That store was a zoo on Saturday. It is funny you said this, I was thinking about this the other day at work, I know you shop at that store and it would be something to run into you. I love that store.
