  1. I eat products which are packaged in the facility. I do not use any which are produced on shared lines. I have not been glutened in a very long time. This is a choice that you have to make for yourself. It depends on how comfortable you are with this product. If you have used it before and it has given you problems, I wouldn't try it again.
  2. Another thing that has helped me is I eat a lot of naturally gluten free items. If there is a sale on Tinkyada pasta I stock up on the ones I like. With it being summer right now, fruit stands are a great way to get fresh fruits and veggies.
  3. I buy Wegmans ice cream, says gluten free on most flavors. I enjoy the peanut butter cup and Creme Brulee. If I am not near a Weggies, I buy Hagen Daz.
  4. I took two years of german in High school, and still speak with my german teacher via letters using some german. I could help a bit.
  5. Thanks for sharing, I am abut 2 hrs from Jules and we are going to make the trip one day to try the pizza. I always hear great things about it.
  6. I know what you mean by expensive weddings. Even fire halls are 800-1000 around here to rent. We are having ours at the Antique Auto museum, it is just a little more than a fire hall. The employees do all the setting up. It is actually very neat, old cars surrounding the tables.
  7. I also use the Wegmans broths, very good. I have to say I was very excited the day I found those at the store. Just to see the little gluten free label. I made so much soup last winter.
  8. I'm keeping you in my thoughts Susie
  9. You pictures are so amazing. I bet it was so nice in person, at the shore and all. Love the dress!!
  10. So my big day is only 3 months away!!! My MIL bought her dress last week and it looks like a prom dress, it is fancier than my bridesmaids dresses. My own mom is not a fancy person and she is getting just a plain black skirt and a dressy top. I know my own mom is going to feel out of place now. Why would she buy a dress so fancy like that? I don't even...
  11. Guten Tag Freund! Hast du bin? Hi Ursa, nice to see you again, I took a few years of german in Highschool and I still speak to my german teacher using german all the time. Enjoy your trip!
  12. Amy--such a pretty wedding picture!!!! Congrats on being a newlywed. The countdown to my big day (Nov 3rd) just hit me seeing your picture, coming up quick. Good to hear the cruise was nice. My fiance is dying to do an Alaskian cruise. Take Care!! :)
  13. I use Tinkadya large shells for my stuffed shells and they work very well! I have bought them online at first, and then when Wegmans started carrying them, I just get them there.
  14. I am not near a whole foods, I either have to go to Baltimore or Philly. Maybe I will check at Wegmans today.
  15. The last time I took the Z-pak, I got horrible cramps and "D". A few of my coworkers also had similiar symptoms too. I am also allergic to penicllin (sorry can't spell) so this is an antiboitic that I get sometimes.
  16. I have yet to see these but I would really like to find them....I love french toast sticks!
  17. My wedding color is lilac!!!! You Are Violet Your dominant hues are red and blue. You're confident and like showing people new ideas. You play well with others and can be very influential if you want to be. Your saturation level is lower than average - You don't stress out over things and don't understand people who do. Finishing projects may sometimes...
  18. Deb- If you open up the shop I will come shop there.
  19. I just came home from Cape May today, the Belle Vida is a small cafe and they do gluten free meals. I had a good chicken parm meal over gluten free pasta. Also the Ugly Mug, which is a cute little cafe in Washington Street Mall is good with allergies.
  20. Wow, I was thinking you must be traveling by the subjects of your other posts. Glad to hear Uno's worked with you.
  21. I have to say, K-too's are my favorite too.
  22. I am coming to Southern NJ tomorrow and I know of an Acme and a Shoprite where we are staying, in fact we have been in the shoprite a few times. I am going on a gluten free search!!! I have to recommend you go to the Wegmans too, awesome store for celiacs. I stocked up there last night for our beach trip.
  23. Although not a favorite, one I use that is ok is Annie's Rice Mac and Cheese.
  24. I have walked through the bakery many times and have not had a problem.
  25. I am not into the whole "runs and leakage thing" so I steer clear from olestra....
