    I'm not sure about the cereal, but General Mills will list gluten ingredients. I LOVE the companies that do! The getting started list in my sig line (I know you don't need that) has a list of companies that do list gluten if that might be helpful.

    I use both of these with great luck. I can find the Health Valley ones at the local health food store as well as Kroger and Publix.     I tried to eat at a Chili's in downtown Chattanooga, TN last night and they were completely dismissive of me and told me that they couldn't do anything gluten-free.     My son's tests were all equivocal or normal, but he kept getting sicker. He got to where he wouldn't eat ceareal, crackers, and most breads. At 3 he was still wearing size 24 mos.     Everyone's tastes are different. We actually can't stand the EnerG bread. I make Pamela's from the mix that I buy on amazon .com. There is a link in my sig line to a list started for newbies a while back. Hope that helps. Kinnikinik also has good breads you can buy frozen at Wild Oats.

    I too had "growing pains" all my life, was tested for RA, and was finally told it was all in my head. At 29 I went gluten-free while breastfeeding my celiac daughter. For the first time in my life I don't hurt. I never got a diagnosis, but I wouldn't eat gluten on purpose for anything. I got glutened last week and am still feeling the effects of it....

    My Dad and my daughter have both recently been in the hospital, so I was in a similar situation while staying with them. Hormel makes some shelf stable microwaveable meals that require nothing added. The Southwestern Black Beans and Rice, Sweet and Sour Chicken, and the Chicken and Rice are all gluten free.
