Celiac disease damages the lining of the small bowel . . . the part of the intestines immediately below the outlet of the stomach. You describe your problems as being in the "upper stomach". No, there is no other way to get an official, definite diagnosis of celiac disease. Yes, you can get gluten exposure transdermally and the symptoms and the severity you describe match what I experience when I get glutened orally. I do not react to casual gluten exposure transdermally but some celiacs do.

At 7 years old I would not trust the results of the tTG-IGA test alone. The one shot of Dunkin Wakeup Wrap before the blood draw for antibody testing would have no impact on results.
