    An MRI is never fun, but I had one last fall with gadolinium, and I didn't have any problems with it. I got a migraine, but I'm pretty sure that was from the noise of the machine and the stress of the situation. Good luck. I really hope it's not MS. For me, they were convinced that it was, and then decided otherwise, thankfully.

    As others have mentioned, B12 doesn't have a toxicity level. It is important that your levels are high enough. That being said, I'm not sure which lab your doctor uses, but I get my B12 checked frequently for Pernicia anemia (low B12) and the test have always said that normal is 200-1100, so you are only slightly elevated.     I had ovarian cysts constantly before my diagnosis, and often they would burst, causing unbelievable pain that required high doses of narcotic painkiller from the doctor.     Chatycady, From what I've read, because the low gluten wafer contains only .01% gluten, it is safe. Apparently, it would take 270 wafers in one day to trigger an autoimmune response. That being said, I'm going to order them and test them out just to doublecheck that I tolerate them, but I imagine I will.

    I'm not lactose intolerant at all, but the solution still made me sick--there had to be something in there that didn't agree with me. I was fine after I woke up the next day though. Hope you feel better soon.

    I almost always have mucous. I go through long periods of time where the mucous is bloody as well. The doctors believed they found the source once, but it stopped responding to treatment.     Sponges are apt to absorb everything around them, including gluten. They're also inexpensive. I'd just have one color sponge for gluten-containing food and one color sponge for gluten free food, and make sure that the two never mate or cross pollinate. Why risk it?
