    Glad you are finally getting results! Thanks for your post. I also have suffered with "c" for many years. Psyllium was the worst for me and it sounds like it added to your situation as well. Magnesium can be very helpful to relax and move the bowels too.

    Paula, my dad has really bad seasonal allergies and he takes fenugreek capsules. I don't know anything about it, but this is what was recommended to him at the health food store.

    This show inspires me to want to dance too! I hope to get healthy soon so I can take dancing lessons of some sort, shoot I'll even take country line dancing classes. Judy is right, it has come out recently that Pricilla actually went to some quack "Dr" that used unapproved substances he injected into his patients faces, claiming they were miracle drugs...

    You're good Janet, you have AI esp. I really thought it would be Kristy. I didn't expect Brooke to be in the bottom three either, I liked her performance. Simon is always commenting on appearance, like that poor violin player he totally bashed on National tv for the way he looked. Sometimes he can be so rude.

    Really? You can watch the American Idol performances on the American Idol website....what a concept. I didn't even think of that, I thought hmmm, now where could I see the performances I missed, oh I'll check You Tube.

    Next week should be interesting who will get the boot. I think now it will really be about the fans bases and not so much who is more talented (i.e. who wiill win out between the girls who like Jason vs. the country base for Kristy)

    5 pages on Humaworm, look what you started Carla. Colleen, going back many years it was very common for people to do 2 parasite cleanses a year as a preventative/maintenance measure. These remedies have disappeared in main stream medicine. Just to add to Donna's post, if one is sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients they will take them out...

    I totally agree Angie. It's inspiring to see Marlee especially, but also Pricilla. I remember Adam from somewhere, but it wasn't the Man Show, I don't know if he was in any movies, or on an MTV show way back when. I am familiar with him, I just don't remember from where. I guess I am not so surprised Steve Guttenberg was the next to go.
