    I have had both uterine fibroids and ovarian cysts (at different times) and must say that the fibroids gave me heavy bleeding. The pain for both of these were a pullling sensation in my lower abdomen and pain in my upper thighs (where leg meets torso). It also "pulled" in abdomen when I rolled over in bed at night.     I have no real answers but one or two questions which could help in getting an "unqualified" answer.. 1) How long were you ill before you were diagnosed? 2) How long after eating gluten are you having celiac symptoms? 3) How long after eating nuts are you having gastro sympoms?     Purpac had been undergoing a lot of corporate selling over the past couple of years and sold off some lines of business. My Mom worked for them in their Compliance Dept. and I recall that she had a lot of phone calls about "gluten-free" over the years. I am not certain if Purepac makes anything under the Purepac name any longer, they could be using...

    Our neighborhood pharmacist refuses to do this for us. We end up having to track the drug company down. As the years went by, I sort of perferred it that way - so that I would get the info first hand from the drug company.

    As far as I know, the eyes, nose & throat are connected and flakes of mascara could in theory get into eye and perhaps connect up with nose & throat and then be ingested. Any thoughts from anyone else?

    There's a slight possibility my husband may have to go to our nearby medical center and most of the staff (aides, dietary etc.) speaks English as their second language; I want to make it easier to communicate with the aides, etc. and speak with them in Spanish, if I can and if it's needed. So if someone could share some Spanish phrases for things...

    I like to use corn flour as a subsitute...it isn't gritty. I use corn meal with the corn flour.

    I must have missed a post somewhere which explains that there was a sexual abuser involved .....but you would have to agree that your first post above definitely would lead someone to believe you are involved in activities you which were much too young (teenage sex & pregnancies).
