  1. For me it's within about a half an hour - my sinuses flare up and I get "that feeling" - and start to analyze what I've eaten. My sinuses are my alarm signal...now if only I had an antidote. Within a couple of hours or so I start to get lethargic & grumpy and can get gut cramps or mild nausea...or it happens the next day. My reflux acts up and if...
  2. Check it all out - not sure about the Halls either. Plain Halls don't seem to bother me, but I *think* the centers are not ok (anyone?) Chocolate chips - not all are gluten-free - Hershey Chipits are supposed to be but Hershey's gluten-free claims have come under scrutiny Yogurt - possible cross contamination if they produce a kind that includes granola...

I ate a ceaser salad at a restaurant and got mildly glutened. I sampled some icing off the side of a 'regular' birthday cake and had a small amount of ice cream on my gluten free...
  6. Ok, maybe not yummy, but the Kirkland vitamins say gluten free on them - I get all my vitamins there (multi, calcium, Vit. E, flaxseed oil...).
  7. President's choice (Extra Foods, Superstore) LIGHT soy sauce doesn't have wheat in it...and I assume it's gluten-free since I haven't reacted to it. PC no longer offers a gluten-free list and I can't be bothered to phone them for every item so I usually don't buy their stuff for myself. I *believe* I just reacted to their trail mix - that or their canned...
