    I was told that drinking lower end wine/chamapgne can caus eheadaches as a reaction to the tannins in the grapes etc. However, I do not have this problem.

    You can buy some canker medication OTC at most pharmcacies. It stings a little bit, but my wife and son use it, and it seems to heal them a little faster. I can not remember the name of it, or find it in the medicine chest right now though. Hope that helps.

    I use the Jambalaya all the time, and have not had any problems either. It list soy instead of wheat for the sauce.

    Calling all Saskatchewan celiacs, I just learned today that there is a restauraunt in Regina called "The Creek in Cathedral Bistro". It is a small but pricey little bistro type place.
