Welcome. Free free to ask any questions you need to ask. read the Newbie 101 thread at the top of the Coping section and have him read it with you. That will give you a good start on what needs to be done to keep you safe. The gluten free lifestyle does impact a lot and there is a learning curve.  I hope you heal quickly but be patient with your body. It can take some time. You will heal quickest by eating unprocessed meats, chicken, fish, veggies and fruits.  It can be a hard adjustment but we are here to help in any way we can.

Take it you did the whole blood test  and endoscope for the medical diagnosis. Here are some helpful links and feel free to ask anything about any complications you have, intolerance issues, random things in life that are related to this disease, and how to cook even. I am well....the "Sheldon Cooper" of the board lol with a nutrition and cooking obsession over the rocket science and robotics side (big bang theory references I have asperger like him).
As mentioned going whole foods only is a good start, simple stews, omelettes, baked/roasted fish/chicken/beef over steamed/wilted veggies, are simple. Keeping the transition cheap you can avoid replacing expensive cookware at first by using Nordic ware microwave cookware, crockpot liners, and using foil in baking dishes for baked meats and roast.
