If you have a buffalo wild wings by you, you can buy some of their sauces (they do sell them in the bottle)

I love the Spicy Garlic -- yum yum!!!

I don't think we have this by me. I've never heard of it until this message board. I actually bought Frank's te other night. Also gluten-free!

Broncobux, you find me more restaurants in my area, then I can. We are going to have to go to Buffalo Wild Wings for our next eat out. I absolutely love wings. We went out to dinner Sunday with friends and went to another place you recommended - Picazzo's Pizza in Tempe. My husband and I shared wings and a shrimp white sauce pizza. He said he could not tell the difference and he still gets to eat gluten :( . The pizza was fantastic and our friends said theirs was the best ever :) .

I can't find Gluten-Free on the web site? Where can I find Gluten-Free before i order it?

Armetta,

Thanks for the kind words!

who knows?

Maybe one day I will get to open my own gluten-free restaurant in every shopping mall in the country -- the entire menu will be gluten-free, but even the weirdo non-celiacs would love it...

Gotta dream......and dream big!

I am not sure on the site. Because I got it in the store. But the label clearly says gluten-free and no other allergans. Contact them maybe.

It sounds like you have a very reasonable GI doctor, who diagnosed you based on family history and symptoms after eating gluten. I would consider you lucky! The other option would be to make yourself very sick by doing weeks of a gluten challenge prior to an endoscopy.

Hi Colleen H,   I suffered with the pins and needles/burning feeling in my legs and feet for at least  6 years until my Nephrologist figured out that I had to go on a low salt diet.  He said my kidneys weren't strong enough to remove the salt.  The simple fix was a diuretic, but that med leaves the uric acid behind, so that wasn't an option.  On the bright side the low salt diet lowered my BP over 20 points and and the pins and needles/burning feeling went away.  Good Luck and hope this helps.

Yes this is very frustrating for me ... not sure what to think.  Feels like I'm having reactions to a lot of things  Now applesauce?? I don't understand 😞

I did ... But aren't we going to be vitamin deficienct if we are not eating due to being sick ?? If the food we eat is gluten free and we have other sensitivities , how do we get out of the cycle??  Thank you

Anyone else get pins and needles. ??? Burning feeling ? Heat makes it so much worse 😔  Winter is here.  I had to lower my thermostat because I couldn't take that hot air feeling 😔  Hopefully it goes away soon
