The calcium ones are better than the plain Gummy Vites. Not that I would ever sneak any when my kids weren't looking.

lol. I don't have kids... I bought the calcium ones for myself. can I claim that I bought them because extra calcium is supposed to help migraines? ;-)

My teenage daughter loves them. Why do manufacturers make grown-up vitamins taste so bad? Do they think we should just swallow the pills and lump it, just because we are adults? My liquid B complex tastes so bad, I can only take 1/4 of the dose, and that has to be in a glass of cran-grape drink.

Last time I was at the sotre I think I saw more adult sized gummy vits vitmans. Gonna look agina, if they are there I will probably get them since not find mainstream gluten-free/DF vit for me yet.

I'm a fan of Rainbow Light's vitamins. They're the first cal/mag/D vit I found in the right proportion. So I was happy to find their Women's Daily in good proportions as well.

Oh my god, just quickly swallowing that pill with a large mouthful of water tastes like chewing on day old dry grass. NASTY! They appear to be good quality vitamins (dissolve quickly in water, you know that old test), but I don't know I can take them, the taste is just horrid, even for chuggin' them down).

LOL! Fortunately I don't have to sneak them, my daughter always makes sure I get MY gummy vites when she is getting hers!

If it turns out that I have to be diary Free long term I guess I will have to find a real adult vit, esply since the Gummy Vits dont have Iron and I amenic heh. :(

ROFL!! I've been taking them w/my kids too.. I will have to look for the calcium ones, though and Adult ones. I know Sam's Club did not have those or I'd have seen them.

It's very nice not to have to fight w/them to take them too!

Where did you find Rainbow Light? Maybe I should look for those for me.

Now you see, crime does not pay. All of the times you stole your son's vitamins, they did you no good.

What you’re describing is actually very common, and unfortunately the timing of the biopsy likely explains the confusion. Yes, it is absolutely possible for the small intestine to heal enough in three months on a strict gluten-free diet to produce a normal or near-normal biopsy, especially when damage was mild to begin with. In contrast, celiac antibodies can stay elevated for many months or even years after gluten removal, so persistently high antibody levels alongside the celiac genes and clear nutrient deficiencies strongly point to celiac disease, even if you don’t feel symptoms. Many people with celiac are asymptomatic but still develop iron and vitamin deficiencies and silent intestinal damage. The lack of immediate symptoms makes it harder emotionally, but it doesn’t mean gluten isn’t harming you. Most specialists would consider this a case of celiac disease with a false-negative biopsy due to early healing rather than “something else,” and staying consistently gluten-free is what protects you long-term—even when your body doesn’t protest right away.

Yes, I meant if you had celiac disease but went gluten-free before screening, your results would end up false-negative. As @trents mentioned, this can also happen when a total IGA test isn't done.

I found at Disney springs and Disney they have specialist that when told about dietary restrictions they come and talk to you ,explain cross contamination measures tsken and work with you on choices. Its the one place I dont worry once I've explained I have celiac disease.  Thier gluten free options are awesome.

Have you tried Pure Encapsulations supplements? This is a brand my doctor recommends for me. I have no issues with this brand.
