well I was concerned about artifical flavorings and colorings, the usual.

You'd probably be safe with Kraft brand or really anything with the new labeling laws. I've never had a problem with them, although I don't eat them every day.

Never found an artificial flavor that has gluten.


Off Topic - that makes me wonder why Kellogg's doesn't have their R&D dept. working on artificial malt.
