Urgent! Fruit Crumble Recipe Please!

We've got guests for lunch tomorrow and I thought I'd use the rhubarb from the garden to make a crumble. I've cooked the rhubarb and started tryinh to make crumble mixture with a gluten-free mix I've got (made mainly of corn flour) and it's just all gone into a big blob :o I can't get bread crumbs! Any good recipes for crumble mixture out there that will work? What flour should I use?

tapioca flour, rice flour, potato starch flour, and shortening.

I use equal parts of brown sugar and rice flour, and 1/2 as much butter or margarine. Use a pastry blender to combine until you get the crumbly texture. I also add a tsp. of cinnamon.

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.

      Oats naturally contain a protein called avenin, which is similar to the gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye. While avenin is generally considered safe for most people with celiac disease, some individuals, around 5-10% of celiacs, may also have sensitivity to avenin, leading to symptoms similar to gluten exposure. You may fall into this category, and eliminating them is the best way to figure this out. Some people substitute gluten-free quinoa flakes for oats if they want a hot cereal substitute.
