Does anyone know if Tofu Pups are gluten-free? They look like it according to their label, but I just want to be sure. Also, tofutti cream cheese has gluten, right? Thanks!

Perhaps there is someone here who uses Tofutti products...I haven't. When I looked up their response on gluten, woo wee--its a long one! Read here: Open Original Shared Link

I use Tofutti Better than Cream Cheese and I am CF. I use a little tiny bit on my gluten-free muffins. But it has only been a couple of days for me. I just tried it this week.

I use Toffuti Better than Cream Cheese all the time and I never have had any problems. I looked on their website and it looks okay to me. Hope this helps!

I thought maltodextrin (fourth ingredient listed on label) was something we couldn't have...Please help...now I'm confused. Thanks! :):)

That is the longest non-readable CYA statement I've seen to date! That's a full on ramble!

Maltodextrin looks suspicious but it's not. In North America, maltodextrin is made from corn.

Thanks rmj when I first rang up it was we can't do it without , but I talked to a lovely lady and she sorted it all out for me, so it pays to be persistent , I would have had to decline if I hadn't been given the water option too , so yes I'm glad too 😌

I’m so glad they listened to your concerns!  I hope you get some answers from the MRI.

Had my MRI today I didn't have to have the manitol with my allergy's , I just had a litre of water , they were great with my concerns , so let's see if anything comes of if will keep posted once I have results 👍

Thank you ,it’s been a long road for me for having both now ,what upsets the most is that if they discovered that I also have cealiac earlier I would not have injested gluten if I was aware. Double whammy.
