Egg Allergy?

I don't usually eat many eggs and often get a stomach ache after eating them. This weekend I have had a some eggs. Today I woke up with diareah (not unuasual) and allot of gas along with allot of horible tasting burping. I seem to be burbing quite freaquenlty and it tastes like rotten eggs. I had eggs Friday morning and Sunday morning....I would assume that they would have been digested and passed by now. Does anyone know if this would be related or why this would be happening. Thanks for any input.

About a year ago, I noticed that I could handle eggs every 3 days, then as time went on I could only handle them once a week, and now not at all. The last time I ate eggs I had the worst gas ever.

I tried cooking them all different ways and that did not help either. Marcia

@StuartJ, what brand of gluten-free flour did she use?

Congrats! Can you share the recipe? We just picked up a bread maker from an estate sale and are experimenting.
