As a matter of fact, that is me in the video. Yes, the story starts to make a lot more sense once you know exactly what I look like, and what I tend to wear. ....

It seems the urologist is going back into my dad's kidney tomorrow morning to take out two big stones that he could not get in the three-hour surgery last month......he extracted enough stones to make a necklace and matching bracelet, and now there will be a pair of earrings. Gad.

So, more surgery. The specialist must figger that Dad can handle more invasion.. .. ....I just know dad's thinking, "Lord, enough, already!"

Ugh! Em-n-Em....yer pooor, poor dad! I remember the one time my own dad was in the hospital. His first and only time till last year. He had scar tissue wrapped around and cutting off the intestines (they sent him home a couple of times saying nothing was wrong with him and he almost died. Exploratory surgery discovered the problem <:aghastangryWIHface:>) Anyway....I took my son and his cousin, then about age 10 to go visit. We were all fine until Dad showed us his staples just before we left. I stepped into the hallway and doubled over in an attempt not to faint! Guess I couldn't handle my Dad in a position of less than perfect strength and health . I wonder if the boys remember this? I keep your Dad and your family in prayer.....hope he returns to good health soon.

JGSHesS is going to discover a way for us to make a living without working???!!! count me in! Actually I like to work.....especially if it's for myself and in my yard.

had fleas years ago once, with Cookster kitteh. I remember having tons of tiny bites on me lower legs and feet, that was it.

And now, I have two or three BIG bites showing up every morning....some are quite purple and large and.........necrotizing.

Psuess....my vote is not for flea-bites. I've only ever seen tiny red dots as flea bites. Could be something else....whatever it is I hope it goes away and you don't get any more!!! Watch for the "bulls-eye" look to those! Some spider bites can be pserious!

Dear gawd, we have these little horrific things in Northern Ontario - - tiny little black flies, millions and millions of them, getting in yer eyes, ears, hair, driving the most stalwart of explorers and workers to insanity... . . . . . ..

We have HUGE, fuzzy bumble bees around here. There is one (the very same one each year, I am certain) who is quite taken with me. Every now and then when I am outside in the back, he will come lazily by, buzzing as loudly as a lawn mower (he is the size of a small bird, truly), and circle around me for a while. He has often landed on the ground near where I am digging, or on the arm of my chair whilst I sit wif me tea. Quietly regarding me, I assume.

This weekend Jack and I were walking to the store, and suddenly there he was, buzzing around my head.

"Mom! It's your bee!" The Ripper exclaimed. "This is getting a little ridiculous".... .

What does this mean? What does it want from me?

The Fire Marshall is conducting an inspection of our apartment complex and today they're doing our building. The alarms have been going off for the last 45 minutes on and off. Me eardrums are about to pop out

They were only in here a minute, but the dang sirens are still going off.

My student is taking a class from a guy we are collaborating with (so I know him). Yesterday he announced in class that he's just been diagnosed with celiac disease.
