I use Potato Buds, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

I also use ninis tried and true receipe, potato flakes, onion powder, and paprika, with a little salt and pepper. I dip mine in egg wash first too. then just bake for a bit, depending on the size of the chicken fingers.. oh yeah, I spray them with Pam first too, makes em crispy too

Thanks a ton.

I use Kinnikinnick's Crispy Coating mix. It's really really tasty, you can bake it and it still tastes fried. Leftover nuggets freeze well. One bag lasts me a few months and I have a two year old who loves chicken fingers. The best part is that it's not a lot of work, you don't need egg or milk or anything to dredge the meat in before coating it and it sticks.

I love the Gillian's breadcrumbs. I just roll them in that. I recently found Gillian's breadcrumbs with spices in them and those are very good.

We use Pamela's Baking Mix & corn meal. DH dips the chix in milk, then coats with the dry mix, then fries in the pan. They are TDF!!! Then I make a gluten-free honey mustard to dip them in. I use French's Yellow Mustard, French's Spicy Brown Mustard, Hellman's Canola Mayo & Honey. YUM!!

smashed potato chips, parmesan cheese, add spices (no extra salt needed). Bake at 350.

Not that healthy, but tastes great.

gluten-free cornflake crumbs salt and pepper

I like gluten free bread crumbs (which is just ground brown rice) and I just add my own spices. The kids like it. I just soak the chicken breasts in a couple of scrambled eggs that have a little bit of salt and garlic. Then I sqeeze out the excess liquid, dip in the bread crumbs and fry in a pan. I haven't tried baking in the oven yet, but I'm sure that would work too.

I use the Ener-G foods bread crumbs and follow the recipe for crispy chicken. They come very good. I also bread fish this way.

My family loves Crunchmaster 4 cheese crackers crushed up w/ some garlic added. Or, I dip the chx in ranch dressing and then roll in crushed corn flakes.

Yum! I'm getting hungry!

My daughter uses gluten free pretzels smashed up. They love the flavour. I can't get the pretzels here so haven't tried it.

Body dysmorphia experience. When I was at the worst of my gluten problem I use to get chronic constipation; I would spend long time sitting on the toilet. One day as I was tired of sitting, I rested my head on my hands and my elbows on my knees, as soon as I felt the pressure of my elbows on my knees the perception of my body changed to that of a tarantula; I visualized and it felt real. The perception went away as soon as I removed the pressure on my knees, I deducted that the pressure of my elbows on the knees caused the sensation, so I repeated the position and the sensation of having the body of a tarantula happened each time. I have not had that experience since then because I started a gluten-free diet short after. I wonder if those people that look distorted to themselves in the mirror could have something similar but with the responsible sensory contacts located on their feet. I want to document this experience because it might help some research or others, it sounds crazy but I feel the right thing to do is to share it.

Get tested for vitamin deficiencies.  Though neuropathy can be a symptom of celiac, it can also be caused by deficiencies due to poor digestion caused by celiac and could be easier to treat.

Thank you so much for your response  Yes it seems as though things get very painful as time goes on.  I'm not eating gluten as far as I know.  However, I'm not sure of cross contamination.  My system seems to weaken to hidden spices and other possibilities. ???  if cross contamination is possible...I am in a super sensitive mode of celiac disease.. Neuropathy from head to toes
