I cant believe im aksing this, But what can i do ot take to use the bathroom. im trying to get my stuff done for my entreloab test, and i have not been able to use the bathroom all weekend. I had wanted to send it out later on today. But what can i take that wont mess up the test. Something that will get me instant release. This is starting to really drive me crazy.

Something tells me "instant release" would be dangerous. Many laxatives have a large amount of magnesium. There's a powdered supplement called "Magnesium Calm" or something like that. It apparently can help with getting things moving down there, but it would likely take a few hours at least I'd think. The powdered form makes it faster for absorption, so...

Other than that "other" approach...applied to a particular orifice... :blink::ph34r:

I cant drink coffee, it makes me very sick and nasious.

I guess i will just have to wait pateintly

Prunes are greatly under rated... eat loads or most fruit and it will help...

However since your having such a rough time can you get yourself an aromatherapy massage... black pepper oil is almost instant.

I love prunes. I stew them, boil water with the prunes in it, they will absorb the water. It makes them easier to eat (I have braces!) and softer. The problem I have is keeping myself from eating too many!

I was thinking of going and making an juice, we just got an juicer this weekend and havent tried it out yet.

Do i have to go somewhere to get the massage or could my hubby use the black pepper oil on me, even tho i dont know were i would be able to find it, we live in a little country town lol

A large glass of juice might do the trick!

I used to juice a lot and liked apple with a little celery. The apple is sweet and the celery gives it a good flavor.

I'd also run through a mixture of various fruits, it was always fun to see how it ended up.

my mom drinks carrrott and apple juice every morning, and she loves it. It is supposed to clean ur liver or kidneys, i cant remember which lol

I used to have fruit juice in the morning and veggie juice in the afternoon. Carrot, celery (a little bit), and beet (a little bit, and warning, BM's will turn red). Beets are also very good for you.

Be sure to use organic stuff to make your juice. You're drinking such a concentrated amount of everything you don't want all those concentrated pesticides.

Carrot and apple is also very good. When you drink a lot of carrot juice, your palms can turn orange. :)

I have never thought of beet juice, i have never actually ate beets ever. And thanks for the info on getting organic stuff. I dont think our safeway sells it tho. I do know we get the best organic fruits and veggies at the farmers market every yr, i cant wait for july to get all of it again.

I have to ask my mom about her palms if they are orange yet lol

With the beets, you can also juice the greens, but they can be bitter, so use them sparingly.

Greens are so good for you, I often tried to include things like chard, kale, etc. in juices. They don't taste very good though, in the juice, so only a little.

If he does you need to make sure you follow the directions to the letter, its one of the strongest oils so you really don't want too much, it will burn if its not diluted enough in a base oil.. (I'm no expert but my ex was a qualified aromatherapy masseusse)

I will still look into that at a massage place, any good excuse to go have an massage is good enough for me. Now to find a place that uses that stuff lol

So can a person that is severly constipated all the time, just take regular magnesium for relief. and if so much how much is safe to take. I would just like to go every day or every opther day, not 10 times a day lol

I use a straight magnesium powder, and mix it right into meals/smoothies/desserts/etc. I take the suggested daily dosage, but twice each day. As long as it helps me with the symptoms I've been suffering from for so long, I'll keep taking it. The laxative effect doesn't appear too strong for me at all - quite mild I'd say. However, I tend to eat enormous quantities of food, so it might be getting diluted to some degree. Plus I know my absorption is very low, which is one reason I began using it. This it has certainly helped me with, so I'm finding I'm starting to need less food to satisfy me. But we're all different, so you'd have to just see how it works for you.

Don't think of it as a laxative, anymore than fiber makes a person go. Both are needed by the body, and among other things assist in proper elimination. Like that saying: too much of anything is no good.

      Thank you so very much Scott.  Just having someone understand my situation is so very helpful.  If I have one more family member ask me how my little itchy skin thing is going and can't you just take a pill and it will go away and just a little bit of gluten can't hurt you!!!!
