Chris:

I have the 2006 list from Delfi, but it is only 33 pages and the 2004 list is 78 pages.

It may be quicker for you to download the list directly from Delfi yourself and forward it on to your mother.

For all those that don't know what we are talking about....www.delfi.com, go to gluten free product list, register and down load the Gluten Free Product List.

If Patti is around, I am sure she will post the direct link. She is wonderful about that. :)

I don't know how to pass it on to you Chris....

I must be looking at the wrong things...delphi.com gives me a whole lot of technology and nothing with a gluten free product list search and delfi.com gives me choice of different countries, Norway, Denmark, Vietnam and another...?

I'd love to see the list.

Thanks in advance,

Margaret

Hi, I also belong to Delphi site and we try to update the list monthly. We all send in "confirmed products" as we get them. We have a very dedicated person that puts them all together.

Open Original Shared Link

go to above website and enter as a guest then click on confirmed product lists. They are listed by month. This is also a great site to be a member of. This site has tons of recipes, great advice and of course mainstream gluten-free food lists.

I would guess, although can't say for sure, that the Delphi list is getting shorter in part because the labeling law is making it unnecessary to list some things.

I was sooo excited, - I read this post on Saturday evening, went to the Delphi Forum web site, joined, found the list of gluten free products, found Johnsonville sausage listed, went to the Johnsonville web site to confirm the gluten free products, went to three supermarkets to find the product, buying enough to last for weeks, made them yesterday morning, and now am suffering the consequences.

I just had a long talk with a very pleasant and knowledgeable representative from the Johnsonville company, - every product I purchased (and most if not all of their gluten free products) are made on the same equipment as their gluten-containing products (beer brats & brown sugar and honey sausage - although they are changing the brown sugar and honey product to be gluten free in the near future), - the equipment is washed between runs, but for those of us that are very sensitive, there is enough cross contamination to cause reaction + symptoms.

(I have to wonder . . . if I'm so sensitive that the slightest cross contamination will cause reaction + symptoms, . . . for the folks that aren't as symptom sensitive, is the reaction still present? - Is the damage still happening but the symptoms aren't apparent? A question that so far unfortunately doesn't have an answer, since medical science does not yet know or understand the full reaction that gluten causes throughout the body.)

It was just another reminder to check everything that claims to be gluten free. I just wish I was smart enough to always check first. It's not like I don't know better! :(

Dear JerseyGirl,

It is such a bummer, too! :( Misinformation can kill us! I had to stop eating the Johnsonville Brats because they have milk protein. I just found out that I do not tolerate it either. I have such a violent reaction to gluten, a microscopic amount of the crap makes me terribly ill. That is what I call a "Why am I still alive?" day. I suppose that as a Celiac, the symptoms may not appear in everyone. Some people do not respond to small amounts of gluten, but damage can still be done to your intestines whether or not you get sick.

Sincerely,

NoGluGirl

This treatment looks promising. Its aim is to provoke immune tolerance of gluten, possibly curing the disease. It passed the phase 2 trial with flying colours, and I came across a post on Reddit by one of the study volunteers. Apparently, the results were good enough that the company is applying for fast track approval.  Anokion Announces Positive Symptom Data from its Phase 2 Trial Evaluating KAN-101 for the Treatment of Celiac Disease https://www.reddit.com/r/Celiac/comments/1krx2wh/kan_101_trial_put_on_hold/

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.
