I have been looking around the net and diff sites and seeing plenty of actual specific made gluten free foods and also seeing indegredients to stay away from. I have seem some people ask for actual food products but get more directed to things to look out for in things or companys that will list nothing hidden.

Either I am blind or it there no actual food list because companys change so often it's just safer to learn what to read and check?

I have seen a few actual products listed by name..but not to many? Maybe I am looking in the wrong place?

Do you want a list of specific brand names? Because, like you said, they change things all the time and the safer bet would be to check. Or do you want a list of ingredients to know what to look for when you are reading labels?

Some people accumulate a gluten free product list. I was desperate for a list in the beginning to make my life easier. But, most companies do no put out such lists. In the name of progress, ingredients change from time to time and there can be no long range verification of a gluten free product.

In the long term, it's better and down right essential to know how to read lables.

In the beginning I went through our pantry and pulled out any foods that were questionable and looked up the foods website, e-mailed or called to ask if it was gluten free. There are some companies where in the FAQ section they do have a list of gluten free foods they make. If I e-mail a company I try to ask about a product in particular and then ask if they have a list -- that way at least you can get an answer on a product instead of Im sorry but we do not have a list.

I still always look at the label though. That was the tuff thing in the beginning was learning how to read ingredient labels.

Best of luck.....

:)

This treatment looks promising. Its aim is to provoke immune tolerance of gluten, possibly curing the disease. It passed the phase 2 trial with flying colours, and I came across a post on Reddit by one of the study volunteers. Apparently, the results were good enough that the company is applying for fast track approval.  Anokion Announces Positive Symptom Data from its Phase 2 Trial Evaluating KAN-101 for the Treatment of Celiac Disease https://www.reddit.com/r/Celiac/comments/1krx2wh/kan_101_trial_put_on_hold/

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.
