Physician's Formula Organic?

I just bought the new Physician's Formula Organic Wear tinted moisturizer and noticed that the second to last ingredient is wheat germ glucosides. Is that ok if it is in face makeup? :( Does anyone know? I don't want to use it until I know for sure.

It really isn't good. It was stuff like that that kept me glutened despite avoiding most other sources. When you buy things you have to watch ingredients like a hawk. I had to throw out some liquid hand washing soap in a nice pump that had caramel coloring in it--also gluten based. Etc. Etc. Trade off for me was no more joint pain, more clear thinking, no headaches and less anxiety. Though the other side of that is that you have to be even more careful not to get CC'd.

Other people here on celiac.com have similar experiences, so if you really want off the gluten stay away from products like that, including your lipsticks etc. This celiac is an auto immune disease, so its not the same as an allergy like I once thought.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
