Enjoy Life Trail Mixes are really good :) Mountain Mambo is my favorite.

Most of these brands I either have never heard of or have no experience with.

However, I do like the Glutino Cranberry Breakfast Bars and Pamela's Chocolate Cake. :P

Which products do you find best from these brands:

Schar - not heard of this one

Glutino - love their frozen pizza, their cinnamon raisin bread, and their pretzels

Glutano - not familiar with this one

Pamela's - chocolate chip cookies

Ener-G - brown rice loaf (when I first started eating gluten-free, their bread was horrible! It's much better now)

Barkat - ??

Gillian's - ??

Other really good brands that are dedicated gluten free:

Enjoy Life - good cookies and bars, Orgran - gravy mixes, gluten-free stuffing, Kinnikinnick - breads, pizza crusts, muffins, Gluten Free Pantry - good mixes for brownies, muffins, breads.

Glutino: Pretzels

Glutano: Haven't tried

Pamela's: Tried most, but I'm odd...I didn't like most of the products

Ener-G: I just use the flours

Barkat: ?

Gillian's: French Bread Rolls, they work great as hamburger buns

I know it's not listed, but my favorites are anything by Kinnikinnick, and the Namaste chocolate cake. And one thing I could not do without is Tropical Source dairy free chocolate chips, they are amazing!

Schar is REALLY good - I haven't found it in the US yet, but all of their products are delicious - especially their pastas and cookies.

Glutino pizzas, breakfast bars, and pretzels are really good too.

Glutano

Everything we've tried has been good.

Pamela's

Haven't tried because of additional food allergies.

Ener-G

Daughter likes the cinnamon rolls, tapioca rolls and buns and the rice starch bread. Also the round pretzels.

Barkat

Haven't tried because of additional food allergies.

Gillian's

Haven't tried due to additional food allergies.

Orgran pasta and tomato sauce in the can is good. But perhaps more suitable for children. Tastes like Spaghettios.

Tinkyada pasta is great!

Enjoy Life products are great! Daughter does not like the cereal, trail mix or no oats oatmeal cookies.

Do any of you have a Whole Foods Market? They have an entire line of Whole Foods gluten-free breads, pastries, etc. and they are really good. They even have hamburger buns that are very good.

BTW, we've done other articles on this topic that I wanted to share here (not to condone smoking!):

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
