Hello all,

I am continuing work on a graduate school project. My group is developing new product lines for gluten-free consumers who, like me, are frustrated with what is available. Please help me by taking 5 minutes to complete this simple 7 question survey that will aid us in our research! We ask for no contact information, just honesty and a little time.

      I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
