Bonefish Grill

HeyItsA Apprentice

Just wanted to let everyone know that the Bonefish Grill on Kingston Pike in Knoxville is gluten-free.

Alot of you might have already known this but figured I would post anyway.

As I was kindly reminding our server about the gluten-free, she said that alot of things on their menu were created gluten-free due to the fact that the creator of Bonefish and the menu, has sons that have Celiac.

Thought that was interesting and wanted to share.

:)

I think all Bonefish grills have a gluten-free menu. I ate at one in Seattle and they had a gluten-free menu!

HeyItsA Apprentice

I think you are right - at least as far as their website is concerned. :)

They're part of the same group as Outback.... it's nice to have a few safe places to eat!

We just ate there for the first time at the beach although there are two in nearby towns. The food and service were excellent. It was nice to order dessert for once. It seems more and more places are learning about celiac. That is such good news for everyone.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
