I have been craving biscuits --- So I bought some Bob's Red Mill biscuit mix---- all you have to add is the shortening and milk----

I skipped the roll out and cut with biscuit cutter steps---- And I just slightly kneaded the dough--- pinched off the biscuits, rolled them in my hand, then flattened them, and baked----

And I actually thought they tasted good ! I've been having egg, cheese, and bacon biscuits for breakfast --- Yummo !

They were easy to make ---- and fullfilled my craving !

(of course, they aren't as good as my mother's "cat head" biscuits :D )

But they will work for me ----

Ha ! Ha ! You must be from the North----- most Southerners know what cat head biscuits are--- :D That means they are LARGE bicuits ( hand rolled) ---- not the small perfect biscuit "cutter" biscuits--

And by the way, they are delicious ! !

:D:D

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
