Hello everyone, my name is Lindsay and im new to the club of Celiac disease.

The first question i have for everyone is, when you makea loaf of bread in a bread maker, is it always crumbly?

What can i add to make it hold together better?

My second question is, what are most people drinking for hot drinks?

Hi Npceliac,

Welcome aboard!

If you're using a recipe you can try adding a little xanthan gum or gelatin to the bread to help it stick to together. There are several mixes designed for bread machines so you can give those a try too.

I drink herbal teas at home, generally the citrus-containing flavors, or cranberry combinations. When I'm near an espresso machine I drink decaf capuchinos now that I can tolerate that amount of milk.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
