Is yoplait yogurt ok? I didn't see any bad ingredients - just wanted to check.

Yoplait is one of those great companies that will list gluten containing ingredients clearly on the label. I LOVE their whips!! mmmmmmmmm

Yep just check the label and if it doesn't say wheat, rye, barley, oats then ENJOY!! I love companies with that policy! :D

As Kaiti said, gluten will be clearly listed. All of Yoplait is gluten-free unless there's something like granola in the cap or something. I eat Yoplait often...... ;)

I heard Colombo is made my the same company as Yoplait so it is also gluten-free. How about Stoneyfield?

I read on another thread that the 'natural flavors' in some Stonyfield yogurt contains gluten.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
