My bff is a manager at OG and the new menu has been rolled out. The old pasta dinner was basically a TV dinner and according to her was terrible! The new pasta dinners are much better. They get the pasta in frozen and as it's ordered, they portion it out and it gets brand new sauce to be put on it. Of course everything's done with clean dishes. I can't wait to try it! Looks and sounds slightly better. Hopefully, they can put more sauce on the pasta. That is what my husband found so unappetizing - dry pasta.

Hopefully the price is better on the new stuff. The TV dinner meal was a total rip off!

Thanks for posting this. I've not been in an Olive Garden for years, and wasn't aware they had a gluten-free menu. As much as chain restaurants are maligned for factory food trucked in from central kitchens, OG opens up a whole new dining opportunity now, especially when traveling.

The Steak Toscano and Mixed Grill dishes look great. They're 'normal' food. Yey!

We went to Olive Garden yesterday and they had the new gluten-free menu. The marinara sauce is gluten free, so they were able to make celiac hubby's pasta the way he likes it - lots of sauce!

A much needed (and welcomed) change to the gluten-free menu!
