Best/cheapest Lab For Bacteria/yeast Culture?

I need to get some stool testing that reports bacteria and yeast levels and varieties. I'm going to take management of this into my own hands. What's the most cost-effective way to get this done?

I wouldn't worry about testing personally. Chances are very good that if you've taken antibiotics you have some degree of dysbiosis and various interesting things in your stool. What are you going to do with the results? Poison yourself with nystatin or antibiotics? You should be able to improve matters with the Specific Carbohydrate Diet, or a newer version called GAPS. Spend your money on cookbooks; unpasteurized, live sauerkraut; a yogurt maker and cultures; kefir grains; and a really high-quality probiotic. B)

      I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
