I can get breakouts any time at all. Granted, night is the very worst. Next is if I lay down for an afternoon nap. But I've had breakouts at any hour of the day or night.

Mine starts ramping up late afternoon, usually around 5pm. Earlier if I worked that day. Night is always the very worst.

Oh yeah. The witching hour - 4-5 pm.

By 7 I was insane.

  'witching hour' - I love that.. very appropriate.

Yesterday afternoon I had to pack my son off to grandmas because I just knew it was going to be a bad night

When my DH was at its peak the worst was always in the evening. It would be excruciating, burning intensely and the skin of my arms would ache. A little more in the early morning, often waking me up. Only rarely bothered me late at night.

Generally I wouldn't notice it during the day.

More recently it bothers me all day, but much less intensely.

      Thanks for your input.

If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly flareups.

No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done recently?

Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
