Happy Christmas, Bright New Year!

Good health, Laughter, Love and Cheer!

Irish wishes these for you

If I am wrong....I'll see you on the other side. ;) ........... In the totally dedicated gluten free luxury resort in the sky.

Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!

I don't do the rhyming thing, but in case the world ends tomorrow I figure I better post today. I don't want to hit the other side being the jerk who didn't have time to say Merry Christmas.

Merry Christmas everyone, and may the new year be filled with new found health, many gluten free goodies and a rich abundance of blessings.

And if I am as wrong as our warrior princess, you'll find me with her. (I'll be the one with the cabana boy who looks like Chris Hemsworth.)

The world may end……..or it may not

Should I run for the hills? Or pay all the bills?

Whatever ensues, be it mayhem or cheer,

Merry Christmas to all, and to all a great year.

(I ain't facin' Addy with out having dispensed good wishes. )

Hey now, I'm not the one with the scary emoticons!

I would certainly think so! I would end up criminally insane listening to harps all day long. If all else fails, we'll smuggle it in.

Would it truly be heaven without a cabana boy that looks like a Norse god? I think not.

um,...looks like we're still here....okay, business as usual..... cabana boys, banjos and the rest. Carry on.

Cheers all!

Well I stayed up a little later than I should have last night and as scheduled my alarm went off this morning. <_<

Additionally, although I actually own a box of Twinkies which automatically makes me ready for the zombie apocalypse, there are no zombies in my back yard. Guess that makes it time for ebay.

On the bright side, this is shaping up to be a great Christmas so I'm kinda glad I'll still be here for it. :)

Absolutely.

Well the world did not end and during a long chat with one of my sons while we walked through the woods today -- today was believed to be a day of re-birth that the earth would undoubtedly need about now -- sounds about right

Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!

+1 And I'll add, Happy New Year. Y'all have made this past year much easier. And I'll take any prayers for improvements in finances in the new year, if you're the praying sort (I am).

Oats naturally contain a protein called avenin, which is similar to the gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye. While avenin is generally considered safe for most people with celiac disease, some individuals, around 5-10% of celiacs, may also have sensitivity to avenin, leading to symptoms similar to gluten exposure. You may fall into this category, and eliminating them is the best way to figure this out. Some people substitute gluten-free quinoa flakes for oats if they want a hot cereal substitute. If you are interested in summaries of scientific publications on the topic of oats and celiac disease, we have an entire category dedicated to it which is here: https://www.celiac.com/celiac-disease/oats-and-celiac-disease-are-they-gluten-free/
