    you're crazy if you're eating at those places and think you're not getting Gluten in that food.. that's the reason you're constantly going to the bathroom

    gluten free menus are usually not gluten free.. if they have crumbs from other gluten foods in your food.. you shouldn't be eating out at all... only dedicated gluten free places might be ok where everything they make there is gluten free.... but even those places i dont trust

    strangely enough my bowel movements are normal.... once in the morning.... My new GI doc told me last month that he was surprised I didn't have to go to the bathroom 3 - 5 times a day..... but my gut still hurts me 4 months into non gluten..... the doctor said 6 - 12 months for me to feel better welcome to hell blame your parents for giving...

    That's nuts.. I don't even know what mine was idiotic LabCorp only reports yo to 100... My Dr said it's definitely above 100 but since LabCorp only records up to 100 who knows . But he said the number doesn't really matter.. just getting it to drop to normal

    My Mom had SIBO.. she was farting 24/7... like literally constantly...... to the point where she couldn't even go out LOL... if you don't have constant gas.. you probably don't have have SIBO

    I just got a New pet parrot after my other one that i had for 5 years died in an accident like 2 weeks ago... their food is full of Gluten / wheat..... I don't handle or touch it.. but if the bird is crawling on me and biting my cloths or biting my skin... is it a problem ????

    Not sure what it was ... but I went down to a Dedicated gluten free bakery yesterday and ate exactly what i ate there about 6 weeks earlier.. a piece of pizza and cookie... didn't bother me before.. but this time later on at night had some Diarrhea... For some reason they cook the pizza then wrap it in plastic and let it sit on the shelf...

    were you diagnosed with celiac? did you have a endoscopy or blood work?

    dont buy anything not labelled gluten free.. i dont even usually eat anything labelled gluten free... only buy certified gluten free if you're going to buy packaged stuff..
