    I had one a few years ago. I lost it, but it rocked while I had it! Totally worth it. At first it's a little uncomfortable, but it molds to your body, so stick with it! It sure would come handy to have one now (after I'm going off the depo shot, and I'm on week 4 of my period while my body re-adjusts). Just my humble opinion.

    I rented "taking charge of your fertility" from the library. It seems like it'd be useful if I could track my cycles! I have no idea how long my cycle is because my period isn't stopping so how can I count the days from one to the next!! This is the 4th week straight for me.     I just listen to my body. I find that I personally feel better when I eat a small of carbs (gluten-free banana bread lately), and protien at every meal. I dunno why, vegis (I especialy like asparagus, broccoli, and brussel sprouts) and meat are kinda my ideal diet. I have some super-dark chocolate (a piece/day or so).     We don't have a wild oats near us. We have a smaller store called "lifesource". When I first went gluten-free I went there, flagged someone down, and asked what I could eat. They have this nifty little thing, on their price sticker (on the shelf) it says gluten-free, CF etc. They even color code them!! It rocked! I like it cause the gluten-free stuff...

    I'm an equine and canine massage therapist.... I see digestive upset all the time. Dogs are MEANT to be gluten free. Wheat is no good for them! Almost w/o fail, when I see a dog with poo problems, I ask what they feed... And volia! Wheat! They CAN eat it, it's just not good for them. I always suggest finding a food with little to no wheat.     We got one of those "magic bullet" things. Like in the infomercials. It's so cool!! I make starbucks like coffee every morning (decaf tho!)! We even grind our own beans! I use that thing at least every day. Hope u find something cool!

If you don't care, don't. It's perfectly safe to eat gluten-free. After 6 years and 10 doctors, I just didn't care if they agreed with me or not. I feel incredible when I stay...

    Yeah when he had breastmilk (and later formula) he threw up violently, that scares me! If our child has problems with breastmilk, I'll cut out dairy, soy, etc. But if I can't fix it I'm thinking I'll go right to goatsmilk. Still unsure.

    My fam super cleaned their home and they made an entirely gluten-free meal! It was lovely! My favorite actual gift was one of those food vaccum saver things. Mom thought it would be good to freezer pack stuff for when I'm sick and can't cook. It's so cool! I also got a piercing on the nape of my neck. It's soo cute! Love it! Oh happy new year!
