Maybe you could ask the staff as they may have a book that states wich ice creams are gluten free, I have been told that New Zealand natural do this.   11. I have just finished a packet of the Freedom foods wraps and I have say that I was rather disapointed, they made an ok pizza base, but the really don't wrap all that well. I made one on Tuesday for lunch and it cracked with only a little salad in it. I did however make one tonight and first heated in Microwave, it seemed to wrap a little better and wasnt...
  12. Thanks for the ideas! I actually got some Sustagen the other day and am making sure I drink once a day. It is Christmas and I have literally got a ton of Gluten free goodies to enjoy, so hopefully I might be able to put al litte bit in the next few weeks.   13. A Nice thing someone did for me: I wanted a muffin and coffee the other day while shopping. The place I went to always offer one type of gluten-free muffin. Anway there were 2 left and about 30 secs before I ordered someone ordered both of them. The staffer asked if I would like any of the other ones and I polietly said I I would just stick with the coffee...
