  2. Open Original Shared Link you should be able to get it from Indian grocery stories or maybe a restaurant would sell you some or tell you where to get it locally. I order it from Jodhpur with other spices we use. Have never had a problem with it and unless its powdered and mixed with something should be gluten-free

  7. I view celiac as a disease of civilization much of it caused by the more relatively modern crossed hybrid grains but please don't blame the farmer. They're being lead astray by many others more interested in their own pocketbooks than the welfare of the society.

I think you'll find that what people use the most is looking at new topics they have not read and then marking everything as read to make it easier when they come back.   20. All of the major resort hotesl here in Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii will do great gluten free meals. Four Seasons, Fairmont. Mauna Kea, Hilton Waikola all have chefs who are aware of it and all keep gluten-free foods isolated form regular foods. I think with the major resorts as long as you talk to the chef ahead of time and keep reminding them...

  24. Thats always a good idea. Try and find Juwari soba4 if your at a Japanese market. Thats 100% buckwheatr and gluten free and very tasty. I've had a office in Tokyo for almost 30 years so I get spoiled but what I can get tehre and bring home to Hawaii. Take care
