  10. ya know, response to the diet is better than any test result because that can't be botched per say like lab results. you could get blood tests or biopsy; and confirm or deny your dietary findings- which have a good chance of being inaccurate....im a huge fan of trying the diet and diagnosing that way welcome to the board!! hope your feeling better...

  14. just wanted to say that I experienced many of your symptoms specifically the elevated lipase for no apparent reason, along with the belly pains and other symptoms. I tested positive for celiac by blood and my biopsy was inconclusive- and a waste of time and money. The diet seems a little daunting at first glance, but remember to stay focused on what...
  15. i ditto the post about making chocolate cake with the incredible brownie mix. i have made it with the brownie mix twice- with expresso once and just by the reg recipe the other and like it better than the pamelas chocolate cake mix (which is good as well). 23. I was thinking of asking for a private room/table and bringing my on gluten free tamari. i think the soup i have to avoid- and most likely the salad since i am sure their ginger dressing had gluten-soy sauce, but the filet and fried rice with my tamari should be fine right? any tips to help me pull this off, if its possible are appreaciated. I have...

  25. well with this nasty rash in my hair thats creeping down my forehead I don't think i'll risk it either. I think on the one hand it has to be the wheat in the shampoo and conditioner. i also have the rash down my back a bit but not as bad- but then on the other; why is it bothering me now? Never ever had this rash before going gluten free now all of a sudden...
