  1. I like to use lundenburg rice cakes. I make s'mores in the toaster oven all the time. Put down the rice cake, top with hersheys chocolate and a few mini marshmellows. Bake for 5-7 min or until melty. It's SOOOOOOOO yummy!! Enjoy! -Jessica

  4. The Gluten Free Pantry and also Kinnikinnick Foods have some great breading/coating mix. I make a baked chicken out of them that is SO good!! -Jessica

  8. Awwww!! Your Mom is right, she knew you would understand and help her. Lots of pets have an intollerance to grains. I have heard quite a few folks on here say that their pet has "celiac". Good luck with your fur baby. I'm glad she is feeling better. -Jessica

  22. Gluten Free Pantry's Pie Crust Mix is awesome. My family likes it even more than the old "gluteny" kind! ha It doesn't exactly roll out well, sort of need to just press it into the pan, but it's SOOOO yummy. -Jessica
  23. What about a fruit salad with all pink/red fruits strawberries raspberries watermellon cherries (any other pink fruits) do a dressing of honey/fruit juice/cinnamon/nutmeg and serve cold. What about pink cuppeycakes......have beautiful pink or white cupcakes and pink frosting. You could even do mini's if you wanted. Someone said...
