ARCHIVED The Easter Bunny Brought Me Cream Of Buckwheat.
Anonymousgurl posted a topic in Related Issues & Disorders
I woke up this morning and what do I find in my easter basket? A nice new box of cream of buckwheat! Haha. The Easter Bunny gifted my sister some lovely bars of dark chocolate, but I'm sure when he got to my basket he was quite stumped on what to give a gluten free, oil free, egg free, dairy free girl. So he decided on a nice yellow box of cream of buckwheat... -
Thanks for your response Well, my elevated liver enzymes was one of the reasons that I left Kaiser. My Kaiser doctors kept telling me that they were finding abnormal things, didn't know why they were abnormal, so they just left them and figured it'd be okay, or I'd just have to live with it. They couldn't find a reason for my elevated liver enzymes...

Anonymousgurl replied to SillyBoo's topic in Post Diagnosis, Recovery & Treatment of Celiac Disease
Well, I can't tell you how long it's going to take before you can eat those things again...BUT I just thought perhaps you'd feel a teency bit better if I told you that I feel your pain. LoL. I'm gluten free, dairy free, egg free, soy free, corn free and fatty acid free....which means no oils, nuts or butters I eat pretty much the same thing everyday too... -
Hi you guys... I was going to post a topic about this too...but the only difference is that I'm not sure if I have a fatty liver or not, but I suspect that I have liver issues. I have terrible bloating just like you described...but I also have what feels like painful intestinal spasms, especially if I eat ANY kind of fatty acid. I can't digest ANY oils...

Thank you guys for sharing your results, now i dont feel so panicked But I was wondering...everyone who had really extreme deficiencies (according to the analysis), do you ALL take supplements? It's so funny that you just posted about lentils, because i just had the strangest lentil experience last night! LoL. Tossed it with some Road's End Golden Gravy Threw in some frozen peas and carrots And had it all over some zuchinni! Was great -
