  10. Go to the largest Sobey's and Superstores, they usually have the best selection of gluten-free products. When you go to restaurants, lobster is usually a safe option, just make sure that the water they boil it in is doesn't contain gluten.

  14. I suggest Natur-a Rice Milk. they are gluten-free, casein free, and soy free. I drink a lot of orange juice fortified with calcium and I also get some sun exposure for vitamin D.

  16. I tried the Old Dutch corn chips. The Old Dutch Web site say that they are gluten-free. I'll let everyone know if I suspect a reaction. So far so good.

  20. I eat Jif with no problems. Is the jar you are eating from possibly contaminated?
  21. I use Imagine chicken broth or McCormick bouillon cubes. I use red and green peppers in my pepper steak stir fry.
