  2. How long have you been on the gluten-free diet? I was pretty sick for about 6 months after I started the gluten-free diet. I started feeling normalish after 1 year on the diet, but that was after I realized I was eating chips contaminated with gluten.
  3. Your tests may be false negative because you must be consuming gluten prior to the tests. The blood tests for celiac disease check for antibodies to gluten and when you stop eating gluten your body will eventually stop producing antibodies.

  17. I use McCormick and Club House. Both companies have warned that the risk of cross contamination is greater with larger containers. So I recommend buying smaller containers.
