    When called they say they don't hide gluten but won't confirm things are gluten free. So, the best thing to do would be check ingredients every time.

    What did you get glutened by? I asked my dentist years ago to make sure everything was good for me and confirm with each visit and have never had a problem. Next time be sure to check everything out so you don't feel bad because that just sucks, Courtney.

    If you type something in Word and paste it here things will look odd due to fonts and settings that are different. The same is true if you paste something from another website.

    You can certainly pack his own lunches and that won't be odd at all. Making sure he won't eat other kids food is something you have to talk to the adults there, and your kid, about. Good luck to him!

    A colonoscopy deals with your colon (going in through the rear) while an endoscopy goes through your throat and checks out things down to about your stomach or so.

    Congrats, Elonwy! It's great to get a guy who cares about our Celiacs. My guy was well aware of my Celiacs before we started dating so it was much easier for him to slide into things.
