There are many such products on the market today, but none have been scientifically proven to make eating gluten safe for those with celiac disease, and they may be quite harmful. I suspect that the manufacturers don't claim that these are a cure for celiac disease--and that many such companies will be involved in lawsuits by celiacs who get harmed by celiacs... -
