  1. My local health food store was serving samples of sushi using Bragg Liquid Aminos instead of soy sauce. It's excellent.

  3. My lid use to do this until I started B12 injections. Now it's gone. With your schedule, I'd say you are allow to twitch! lol You sure are busy. I am proud of you for controlling your Celiac disease.
  4. I'm back on my Armour. It seems to work much better with my system. I have tried combinations of levothyroxine and cytomel. Never could get the dosage correct. I'd either be freezing with super dry skin and hair falling out or I'd have a racing heart with fatigue. I eat bacon so I just think bacon when I take my Armour.
  5. I was treated using Dr Teilebaums methods. I found an excellent doctor who saved me from feeling like I was less of a person because I had fibromyalgia. It's real and not in your head.
  6. Too much Vitamin C can cause bowel problems. So I sure too much fruit or fruit juice could do the same.
  7. Be sure to email them to let them know how wonderful it was to have them understand how to prepare something gluten free.
  8. Yep, toast the bread, butter it and then spread some blue cheese over the top. If I'm having crackers, I mix softened butter and blue cheese together for a spread. I agree it is good on salads and meat.
  9. I have found some brands I can not tolerate. I now stay with Maytag or Rosenberg. I can eat blue cheese on toast anytime of day. Especially good for Breakfast.

  15. I'm going to start asking my local gluten free store to see if they can find an importer. I figure if I ask often enough they will find some. If enough people ask it will find it's way to our stores.

  23. Yep, that's how the plastic bag works. Just snip a tiny end off one of the bottom corners. Then twist the top and squeeze the chocolate onto the strawberries. Easy and most excellent.
