    Aaron, do you have a Loblaws Superstore? They usually have gluten-free items. Also, the Great Canadian Superstore near me has a huge selection of gluten-free items..... do you have one of those in your area? Be sure to look in the frozen sections of your supermarket - the Kinnickinnick breads and stuff are always in the frozen section...... Karen

    Me. My last endo in August showed several ulcers in the stomach. He put me on Losec. The h-pylori came back negative. I can't really tell you if the Losec is helping or not, because quite frankly, I didn't have a clue I had ulcers in the first place!
