  18. Aaron, do you have a Loblaws Superstore? They usually have gluten-free items. Also, the Great Canadian Superstore near me has a huge selection of gluten-free items..... do you have one of those in your area? Be sure to look in the frozen sections of your supermarket - the Kinnickinnick breads and stuff are always in the frozen section...... Karen
  19. Me. My last endo in August showed several ulcers in the stomach. He put me on Losec. The h-pylori came back negative. I can't really tell you if the Losec is helping or not, because quite frankly, I didn't have a clue I had ulcers in the first place!
