    It's too bad you don't have Natrel where you are. The stuff is lactose free (their lactose free version I am talking about, of course!) and tastes EXACTLY like regular milk, not a hint of that sweet taste the other stuff has.......

    The only advice that I can give you is to tell you that if you are following the gluten-free diet, are very careful, don't knowingly decide to slack off on the diet (i.e. get lazy, thinking "What harm can it do?"), then I would say that you are doing just fine and not to worry about it.     Vincent, Do you guys have Natrel down there? If it is a lactose problem, the lactose free Natrel tastes awesome! You can't taste the difference from real milk. It doesn't have that yucky taste the other lactose free milks have. Karen

    Save you money for gluten free food. Go over to delphi and visit the "Best of Mirielle". She owns her own gluten free restaurant and she posts all her recipes over there. There are thousands. And they're awesome! Hugs. Karen

    Hi! Ursula gave you excellent advice! She is also right about IBS. We call it here the "I'm Basically Stumped" diagnosis that doctors throw at you. Even if you do not have true Celiac, it is estimated that at least 30% of the population has some form of sensitivity to gluten. You at the very least could be gluten intolerant.
