  2. I have a recipe for homemade if you want it. I double or triple it and make sweet and sour chicken...yummy!

  5. Any person taking antibiotics NEEDS to take probiotics. Read up on probiotics there is too much info to type it out. Yogurt is not enough.
  6. I have the book from Carol Fenster: Gluten Free Quick and Easy. Her gluten-free flour mix is 1 1/2 cups sorghum flour, 1 1/2 cups potato starch, 1 cup tapioca flour. I really like sorghum and her recipes I have tried so far are my favorites. Waffles, scones and double chocolate cookies. I am slowly changing from rice flour mix to sorghum mix b/c its healthier...
  7. You could find a recipe to suit your needs for waffles. There should be replacements for all the ingredients. Like flax, chia seeds, egg substitute, applesauce, coconut milk, soy milk, sorghum flour, potato starch, etc. Then, I haven't tried it yet but, you can use them like bread. I don't know how good they would be cold... flippy I suppose, but toast them...

  11. Can you take fish supplements? Purpose: to supply essential fatty acids that increase production and activity of anti-inflammatory prostaglandins. Helps to control arthritis pain and inflammation. Or at least eat fresh alaskan salmon or canned red salmon.
  12. We had stiry fry for dinner...would that work? Chicken, veggies, instant rice, garlic and Bragg's liquid aminos instead of soy sauce.
  13. Can't help much. My daughter was recently diagnosed allergic to gluten. Since then I noticed many symptoms in other family members, so we are working on that. My husband has never been able to drink beer b/c he has a mild reaction to it, now we know why...barley.

  16. Hi, I am 4 months new. I had to change to "scratch" cooking alot. It is healthier b/c there are few additives. Whenever I cook I make extra and drop some in a sandwich size ziploc bag then put it in a plastic container that is stackable. I label the container with freezer tape and date them, then stack them up in the freezer. You can grab them and go or heat...

  18. Also here are 2 good cakes: recipezaar #209764 and 174346. They are One Bowl Chocolate Cake and an Apple cake. Be sure to read the reviews too. One day I made them both and I think I liked the apple cake better. I was suprised b/c I really love chocolate.
  19. You are welcome. Here is another wonderful cake: recipezaar#174346 It's an apple cake. I used 1/4 cup each of white rice, brown rice and sorghum flours to add protein and fiber. It turned out soooo tastey.
  20. I was introduced to a new place to get: natural, organic, earth friendly foods and products. They have an enormous list of healthy items. Small size packaging and bulk size. Here is a recipe my neighbor has used, it will give you the basics so you can alter it to fit your needs: Sweetened Condensed Milk Substitute 1 cup powdered milk 1/3 cup boiling water 2/3 cup sugar 3 T. melted margarine Blend all togeher until smooth. Use in any recipe calling for 1 can of sweetened condensed milk.
