msmini14 replied to LuvMoosic4life's topic in Coping with Celiac Disease
I am happy to hear that your family works with you on this. My mom pretty much told me it is to much of a hassle for me to cook my steak there (not having turkey, have chicken all the time). ARCHIVED Wellshire Farms Warning From Chicago Tribune
msmini14 replied to pele's topic in Gluten-Free Foods, Products, Shopping & Medications
Thanks for posting those, that gives us something to think about. I wonder what was on the label. We have spoke about it hear before and somethings might say gluten-free but the label says otherwise. -
I made the choco cups listed above last Friday and they turned out soooo good! I used Earth Balance PB and the enjoy life choc chips, mmmm. They are very easy to make, only takes about 10 minutes for the first round of choco to freeze then about 1/2 for them to harden. I suggest taking them out to thaw once they have been frozen, texture is better =)

ARCHIVED Cracker Jacks
msmini14 replied to GlutenWrangler's topic in Gluten-Free Foods, Products, Shopping & Medications
hehe thanks! I will keep an eye for them =) -
Yes it is possible that the hamburger has fillers. Also some places will grill the bun where they cook the meat, so there is a chance off cc. Did you have any fries? If they share the same fryer with gluten items there is another chance of cc. Hope this helps

I made pumpkin corn muffins...
