  1. Good News on the Cabana Boyz front (& backs ) We need look no further than the volleyball courts of South Mission Beach - I spied many glorious candidates this morning - no pics - I know a few people down there - with my luck a photo of me taking pics of/oogling at our candidates would end up on FB!
  2. Just my opinion - inflammation can cause all of your symptoms - I've never had gerd/acid reflux but my celiac son has battled this for 10 years - I do however get a similar stabbing pain that you describe and have battled serious muscular and joint pain for decades. I had to remove many high lectin and histamine producing foods in addition to gluten. ...

  4. I agree WHOLEHEARTEDLY with Ollie's Mom -- one addition -- a good primary doc will listen -- mine does and admits that my case has her stumped -- BUT she does order ALL bloodwork I request by email.
  5. Absolutely -- I think this should be our slogan on c.com for 2013 -- heck well beyond this year And RBJ pizza shall be served regularly!

  15. I'm with you - can hardly wait to see 2012 in the rear view mirror - cheers to a healthy '13 EVERYONE!
  16. The older two aren't short - but they definitely are not as tall as they would have been - still hope for the 19 year old son to grow a bit - drives him nuts that little bro is so tall.
  17. Thanks Gemini - this is exactly what I would say - saved my thumbs a lot of exercise this fine morning - off to hike with youngest and tallest kid - 6'1" and still going - he removed gluten before teen growth - amazing to see - don't need a stinkin' vaccine in this family!
  18. Open Original Shared Link Hi Dave- Have not tried the above myself - too many can't haves -- I generally mix olive oil, cilantro or basil with a bit of garlic, salt and sugar/agave to make a safe dressing in the blender - then toss with chicken for "chicken salad"
  19. I'll take one of each plus a Hugh Jackman
  20. Thanks Squirmy! I never said "it is" only "if it is".
  21. If it is DH - gluten can stay active in the skin for a very long time - hopefully the experts can add better info than I.
  22. I missed the welcome wagon -- Hi MBMike! Read a lot and ask questions - it really does make the transition much easier
  23. Yes. That's the short answer because I'm on my cell. I will add more later and I'm sure you will hear from a few more before then.
